You set the system up to search what you want to see. You can define your search to any Gulf island or any price range or subcategory. This is what a sold listing looks like notice it shows the price it sold at this is not available on the MLS
PCS is very advanced tracking system. Use it, I have already paid for the service (it's free for you), so just log in and enjoy the superior benefits of home buying with the PCS system. I do not know how someone could actually search for a Salt Spring, Gulf Island or Victoria home without using the PCS system.
