Why is it important to see the sold Salt Spring homes? That is what Realtors use to figure out what a house is worth and or the listing price. Sold Salt Spring properties are what the market is willing to pay not what the sellers think the house is worth and if you see a house that sells fast it was probably listed at the right price. Sometimes it is frustrating to see the sold Salt Spring homes but it can help you make a better purchase. It is one of the many things that is not on the basic Salt Spring MLS® and available on my enhanced private client search engine.
Property addresses are usually not available on the basic Salt Spring MLS® system which can make it hard to get a feel for prices when you are looking for Salt Spring property.
