It will show you:
- all active Salt Spring listings
It will not show you:
- all addresses
- sold salt spring listings
- if its a new listing
- if the listing is just back on the Market
- if the listing has been or is a Re-listing .
The Salt Spring mls is a great system however if you sign up with me you can use my enhanced private client services search engine. Which will just give you a few more features and you will receive more information to base your buying decisions on.

Don't make the mistake

The listing agent is not your friend they represent (work for) the seller and their job is to get the most money they can for the seller. Don't sign a dual agency agreement.
