After visiting China I can see the real practical side of Feng Shui and how it relates to Salt Spring homes.

Feng Shui It is very practical art. It makes you really think about how advanced ancient China was.

When I go on the agent home tour I am always looking at the Salt Spring homes Chi and the way it flows in the house. The first thing I like to look at is the front door and entrance area. If it is unobstructed and nice there is a high chance that the house will have positive Chi because the Chi can enter easily. If it is cluttered with stuff then you just know the house is not going to have a great Chi.

I must say I am not an expert in Feng Shui but it makes for some great reading. With all the rage being home staging I think the ancient Chinese Feng Shui practitioners where possibly the first at home staging.
