Salt Sping Island makes it into Costal Living Magazine.

In the last week Salt Spring Island has been featured in two magazines. Pacific yachting and Coastal Living, now it is not a huge thing to get a write up in Pacific Yachting magazine it is published in Vancouver and is about the BC coast but to make it into Coastal Living is huge. If you haven't read it is a slick high end magazine that features high end places around the US and Salt Spring. I do like the magazine and have been reading it for years. Actually I have about 50 old issues and was just about to take them to the recycling center but they just have such great stories and photos it's hard to part with them...well I cant part with any good book or magazine for that matter.

I thought I would count the times you could see sailboats or read about them in just one issue of Coastal living. Sailing came in at over 30 times with golf at about 25 times. It plays to the dream of retiring and spending days sailing or golfing and enjoying life. Throw in some fine goat cheese, local wine and a play at Artspring... now why did salt spring get that write up...
