Salt Spring Real Estate is selling with no slow down in sight.

Salt Spring real estate is bucking the national trend because of the Demographic shift in the North American population. Last night on the news three people said west coast real estate was not slowing due to low interest rates and low unemployment. The interest rates are the same all over Canada and USA basically so why would some areas be slowing. Employment is extremely high in lots of areas and housing is slowing.

It has more to do with the fact retiring baby boomers have created a labour shortage and they are seeking warmer climates to live in. That is the reason Salt Spring Real Estate and all the west coast is booming. A great book to read is "Boom Bust Echo" you can order it here .
