Salt Spring Island real estate agents home tour tomorrow

Salt Spring Island real estate agents home tour tomorrow. There are eight Salt Spring island homes for sale on the tour. It is always nice to see the new listing. I would like to take pictures and do a small write up on each place but sorry I'm not allowed to. It is a grey area of advertising someones listing. I have talked to the real estate board about this there is not a rule against taking pictures on the tour but for some reason it is frowned upon. So I will go look and take notes but I'm not allowed to write about or talk about on the blog any listings. I can email you or talk to anyone on the phone about listings but not advertise a listing. Advertising is any form of communication with the public.

This is just the way it is, not to reason why. So if you want to know about a listing you must call me or email me and I will tell all. I just cant tell everyone. It is one of the idiosyncrasies of the real estate business I'm still getting used to.
