Just follow the money. Who is the listing agent working for? The Seller.
Will the listing agent make sure you pay the least amount for the home? NO he/she is working for the seller.
Will the listing agent tell you why they are selling? NO.
Who is working for you? Who is the buyers advocate? Who want to make sure you get the best house at the lowest price? Who will find out why the seller is selling and tell you?
The buyers agent who does not make you sign a limited dual agency agreement. Who can show you all the Salt Spring island listings and never ask you to sign a limited dual agency agreement?
There is only one agent who lives and works on Salt Spring who can do that and that agent me Scott Simmons.
How can I be the only one? I work for a brokerage that has no listing on Salt Spring Island BC. I just work with buyers not sellers.
