I like the part on Understanding the agent's Role Chapter 6 particularly the list of warning signs that point to a poor agent.

• they never point out any problems with the houses they show.
• they show you only houses listed by their company
• they make you feel pressured or bullied

This is only part of the list. It is really an informative book that has some valuable tips.
