I always find it interesting with condos that people worry about how much the fees are but never really think about the home maintenance fees. It is always sad to see a home come on the market that has not had its maintenance done. At worst It makes the homes almost unsellable and at best the seller is still leaving money on the table. Only a small portion of people buying a home want to do any work, let alone fix 20 years of neglect.
