Salt Spring Island Real estate news "Open house" fighting back the crowds. I know there have not been many open houses on Salt Spring before but I did not know that the place would be over run. No early birds tomorrow and the line up has to end at 4 PM. If you are in line by four you can see the house but please don't show up at 4:30.

If anyone is available tomorrow to work as security please call me (538-8316) I'm having problems trying to keep up with the throngs of public. Did the ad say free house? It's not free you have to pay for it, $900k. So please only serious buyers we just don't have the room to park so many cars.

We will be open on Sunday from 12-4pm. Yes this is the first time this property has been put on the market and it is very spectacular.
