Salt Spring Island home building cost are to high. Right now there is a big selection of building lots on the island but try and get a builder. They are to busy and there are to few of them and they are overstretched so they charge lots. It's called supply and demand and in the last 5 years the demand has been overwhelming.

I have the answer to this problem factory built homes at a fixed price. I can sell you the lot and a great guy I know can supply you the home in less than 90 day, finished and at a set price. He will sit down with you and design it and then it will show up in finished in sections and crannied onto the foundation and all you have to do is move in.

This is the wave of the future premade factory built home. These homes are not trailers please don't insult my intelligence, I'm not a fan of trailers they devalue to fast, banks don't like them and I don't like them.

These are real homes almost any style you would like. There are very few limitations to design and style.
