Mayne Island Real Estate news One Percent Realty Vancouver Island agent extraordinaire Scott Simmons has his first listing on Mayne Island. What a great place Mayne I had not been there for 40 years but it was just the way I remembered it. Not much has changed it is still very quiet and nice.

The listing I have is pure West Coast cedar logs and of course on the Ocean. It looks out over Vancouver. What a cool place I sure would of like to have stayed for a week.
