Salt Spring Island real estate news turned down a listing today. Actually I still want to get it but not until February or March. The thing about it is that at the + 1 million range things are slow.  I'm 99% sure it wont sell until spring so why list. If they list now it will just sit and sit until March or April.

There is just not a lot of activity and to sell it over the winter the price would have to be reduced way down and what is the point. The sellers want to make the maximum amount and winter is just not the time.

It's a great time to be a buyer but not a seller.
