• 2 price change, 700k range, 1.5 mil range
• 1 new sale 400 k range
• 6 closed sales 5 lots 300k range and one house 800k range
• 2 off the market one in the 540 k range (I had a listing appointment there 6 month ago and told them to list way lower) one in the 750k range
• 1 back on the market 700k range
