Realtors can not advertise other agents listing so that is why I give ranges only if you would like to know the exact prices or addresses sent me and email  scottonepercent-statblog@yahoo.com statistical information may not be precise, does not include private sales or exclusive listings.

Some properties are not what they appear, they may be tagged as a "new listing" but may in-fact be "re-listed" check out Re-listing real estate here.

Check out my new PCS market watch system with instant sign up. Updates faster than mls.ca . You can see the exact prices Gulf Island home have sold for.

I had a busy day yesterday wrote an offer will find out this morning if it went through...very close...will know this morning...

I have a few new listings coming on stream in the next few day, stay tuned.

I just received my cell phone booster in the mail yesterday. It will push up my wattage on my cell phone to 3 watts (I was going to get a 6 w but they said the cell phone company would notice the power, 3w is the legal limit) and puts the antenna on top of the van. Hopefully no more dropped call. The cell phone reception on the island is very low, this should help me keep in touch with you.

Cheers
Scott
