Realtors can not advertise other agents listing so that is why I give ranges only if you would like to know the exact prices or addresses sent me and email  scottonepercent-statblog@yahoo.com statistical information may not be precise, does not include private sales or exclusive listings.

Some properties are not what they appear, they may be tagged as a "new listing" but may in-fact be "re-listed" check out Re-listing real estate here.

Check out my new PCS market watch system with instant sign up. Updates faster than mls.ca . You can see the exact prices Gulf Island home have sold for.

There is a new FSBO Gulf Islands  page on my web site. Free listing for FSBO with one caveat they will have to sign a fee agreement with me.

It is nice to get some new listings not just re listed places but a new place. Home shopping is like fishing and a new listings is as if you are fishing in a small lake that is stocked and then they put some new stock in it. The fisher persons (I think that is what we call them) all want the new fish not the old Bass that have sunk to the bottom. This is only an analogy I am not calling anyone's home a old Bass. No nasty emails please.

Cheers
Scott
