Busy last few days. Lots of showing and lots of buyers on the island. It is unreal for January. 1 new sale almost signed up will know by 1 today. 2 new listing one will come on the market Sat night building lot 270k range. One next week probably Wednesday acreage in the south 500k range. I might have a new listing this week in Deep Cove North Vancouver a Condo in the 800k+ range. Yes with my BC real estate licence I can buy or sell any property in the Province with the caveat I'm not an local expert (The seller is a local expert and she knows the price and want to do the showings so it will work well).
