Salt Spring Island real estate - total Salt Spring island mls listings 242 According to Canada Post web sit there are about 2100 homes on Salt Spring

• 2 price changes, 1 in the 500k range and 1 in the 1.7 mil range
• 1 new sale 700k range
• 1 closed sale 160k range

Note to readers technical glitch with Mayne and Galiano stats. Some properties are listed on one or both the Vancouver real estate board and Victoria real estate board. Total listing numbers may be wrong.

I will be doing a monthly snap shot on Thursday. Should be getting my new camera in the mail today or tomorrow. It should give me sharper images and better video clips.
