1 off the market waterfront lot long harbour 1.2 mil listing. He thought he would take it off and just keep it there has been little to no action on this listing. It is just the sign of the times with the high end in free fall. If the sellers do not need to sell why give it away. Like my own waterfront house I will not sell my house in this market. I will wait until the next big stock market boom makes lots of new rich and then sell. Sell when everyone is buying not when everyone is selling. This is a great time to be a buyer when there are tons of listing and desperate sellers. Watch the days on the market and the price history. Remember it could be a re listing so get a Realtor to check on the history.

I was just over visiting a small town on Vancouver Island and can not believe how low price the real estate is and it will not be low for long. The thing is it will change very fast when something big will happen soon and once it does it is to late to invest. Call or email for info. I'm planning on making personal investments in the area and want to do so before the herd so will not be putting the name of the town out on this blog. Houses are in the 250k range.
