• 2 price changes; 750k range and 1.1mil range
• 2 new sales; 480k range and 530k range
• 1 off the market 2.8 mil range

I off to Mayne this morning on the 6:15 long harbour to Mayne. The BC ferry breakfast should be as good as usual. If all goes as planed two new listings on Mayne today. I have two more listing on Salt Spring that are just coming on the market. This weekend I'm in Deep Cove North Van doing and open house Sat and Sun 12 -4. I hope the condo sells this weekend. I think it will very nice place and priced right.
