Salt Spring Island real estate - total Salt Spring island mls listings 255 According to Canada Post web site there are about 2100 homes on Salt Spring.

  • 4 new listings, 1 540k range (lot), 1 at 549k (my listing) sweet south end home, 1 at 2 mil, 1 at 2mil+
  • 2 price changes 300k range and 1 changed to 580k range (both are lots)
  • 3 new sales; 750k range, 800k range and a whopping 3.7mil range
  • 3 closed sales; 680k range, 690k range and 1 mil range

Note to readers technical glitch with Mayne and Galiano stats. Some properties are listed on one or both the Vancouver real estate board and Victoria real estate board. Total listing numbers may be wrong.

This weekend I'm in Deep Cove North Van doing and open house Sat and Sun 12 -4. I hope the condo sells this weekend. I think it will very nice place and priced right.

I currently have 15 listings and I'm not talking on more listing except those that have booked. My broker has told me to limit it to 20. Next week I should have a new agent working with me as a team member. I really do not want to spread myself to thin. It is very important that I spend quality time with you my clients. Especially those of you that just want to come here and buy.
