• 10 closed sales
• 13 off the market   

Pender Island real estate

• 20 new listings
• 1 listing back on the market
• 5 price changes
• 4 new sales
• 2 closed sales
• 10 off the market

Mayne and Galiano Island are in a area covered by the Victoria and Vancouver real estate boards these are the victoria stats only I do not have detailed access to the Vancouver stats. It is something I'm working on trying.
