Salt Spring Island real estate - total Salt Spring island mls listings 255 According to Canada Post web site there are about 2100 homes on Salt Spring.
2 new listings, 1 mil range and one is my new listing a semi waterfront lot 425k
3 price changes, 500k range, price increase to 370k range, price decrease to 370k range
2 new sales, 500k and 800k range.

I currently have 15 listings and I'm not talking on more listing except those that have booked (room for one or two more). My broker has told me to limit it to 20. Next week I should have a new agent working with me as a team member. I really do not want to spread myself to thin. It is very important that I spend quality time with you my clients. Especially those of you that just want to come here and buy.
The open house in Deep cove was fun lots of interesting people no offers but one new listing. They live in Vancouver and sent me an email about listing a lot on Salt Spring and I was able to go over to their house in a few hours. Now that is service, more like blind luck, I was right there. It is a nice semi waterfront lot.
