Salt Spring Island real estate - total Salt Spring island mls listings 245 According to Canada Post web site there are about 2100 homes on Salt Spring. 

• 6 new listings; 160k range (business), 790k range, 390k range, 370k range, 850k range and 830k range
• 3 price changes; 1.1 mil range, 670k range and 540k range
• 1 closed sale 460k range
