Salt Spring Island real estate - total Salt Spring island mls listings 245 According to Canada Post web site there are about 2100 homes on Salt Spring. 

• 2 new listings, 940k range and 1.3 mil (lot) range (There is a lot size mistake on this one on PCS) 
• price change 1 mil range and 1.4 mil range
• off market 2 mil range
