1 new sale 850k range
1 closed sale 600k range
2 off the market; one was mine 639 funky fulford is gone (no buyers blame the agent) 520k range I know why this one wont sell but do not want to call them.

There must have been a glitch on my end with total stats on Salt Spring. I could not figure it out how it dropped but there must have been some system error somewhere. It must have been on this end.
