Salt Spring Island real estate - total Salt Spring island mls listings 246 According to Canada Post web site there are about 2100 homes on Salt Spring. 

• 3 new listings (one Re-listed); 500k range, 550k range and 1.5 mil range
• 2 listings back on the market 800k and 1 mil range (I can tell you all about it one of these)
• 3 price changes; 360k range, 850k range and 800k range

• 1 off the market 200k range
