Salt Spring Island real estate - total Salt Spring island mls listings 243 According to Canada Post web site there are about 2100 homes on Salt Spring. 

• 4 new listings; 400, 550, 800 and 800 k range lots on new places
• 2 new sales; 450 and 750 k range
• 3 closed sales; 700, 500 k and 2 million range
